Patented Belleville spring design eliminates “cold flow hose leaks” by automatically adjusting diameter for hose compression set or expansion/contraction of hose and fittings due to temperature changes. Recommended for bus, truck and heavy-duty equipment air intake and coolant connections. Extended inner liner covers worm gear slots to protect against extrusions and damage. Extended adjustment range permits fewer stocked parts.

Notes:
For proper installation, the Belleville spring washer stacks should be nearly collapsed flat and the screw tip should extend beyond 1/4″. Using a torque wrench, tighten to recommended torque range.
