This listing is for Whelen 9M 9M4S Strobe Power Supplies with cables.
Shipping each week takes place on Sunday at 6PM EST.
Each quantity you select below will be for ONE Power Supply and one corresponding set of cables. Please be sure you set the quantity you want before clicking the buy button.
These strobe packs are designed for Whelen 9M light bars to fit without modification.
The pack has several patterns selectable and scan lock.
White wire is the pattern selection wire.  By momentarily applying 12V+ to the wire you cycle the pattern to the next in the sequence.
Here are the 10 patterns available with this pack:

3. Double Flash
4. Rapid Rate Flash
5. Action Flash
6. Moduflash
7. Microburst 2
8. Microburst 3
9. Long Burst
10. Action Scan
The packs were removed from working Whelen 9M light bars and then were bench tested before being shelved for sale.
Cables come as pictured to power the power supply and also drive the strobes. This is why my packs cost more than some of the other sellers on eBay who do not offer the cables.
If you do not want or need the cables, use the make an offer feature and specify ‘without cables’ in your offer for a lower price.
These make great stand alone power supplies as well.  Be sure to mount them in a protected area.  Even though they are encased, exposure to the elements can damage the pack.  If you choose to use these in older bars or as stand alone strobe packs, here is the wiring information you will need to know:
Red Wire – 12V+ “Ready Wire”  This applies power to the pack and should be fused at 15A
Black Wire – Ground
Green Wire – Controls output to 2 Strobes
Blue Wire – Controls output to other 2 strobes
White Wire – Pattern Wire
Violet – Low Power
This question always comes up…  When you apply power to the red wire and have the pack grounded by the black wire, the pack is “ready” but not active.  To get the pack to flash strobes, you must have this in addition to selecting either 12V+ on the Green wire (2 strobes), Blue wire (2 strobes), or both Green and Blue (4 strobes).  Without power to these lines to activate their 2 strobes each, the pack will not flash.

These are great for replacements to your dead, damaged, and defective packs.
These strobe packs use standard strobe plugs, and many bars have space available for these types of packs.  Be sure to check if this pack will work for you before purchase.  We are not responsible if you can’t fit it where you thought you could.

Local Pickup is available around the Winston Salem, NC area. I am usually able to make arrangements to meet up at local places during the week with arrangements made BEFORE placing your bid.
International shipping is available on MOST items. If you need international shipping and it is available, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges, duties, or imposed taxes for the method chosen, with an additional $5.00 for the paperwork and such that is needed for declarations etc. Please be sure to have a PayPal account with a valid verified address for fast payment and processing. If you can not pay by PayPal please contact me by email for other payment options.

All Items are sold As-Is unless otherwise noted in the auction.
I do my best to provide as much information possible on each
item. If possible I bench test any component before listing and state the results of those trials in the description. Many of you I am sure have done the same and even as such some items do not work after shipping. I have had items myself that worked when received and did not work when installed. Unfortunately this is the down side of used items and should be taken into consideration when purchasing any used item on eBay.
