If the item is returned due to a wrong address, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. If you do not receive your item after 10 business days, please contact us immediately for further assistance. Replacement policy for Defective/Wrong Products
We will cover the shipment for the replacement of the pulse oximeter
ONLY IF
it is defective or if we ship you the wrong color. However, if the manufacturer deems that the item is NOT defective, we will not cover the shipping. For example, a very common return request is that the device you purchase fails to turn on. However, the manufacturer later found that the batteries were simply inserted in the wrong polarity. The manufacturer will NOT cover the return shipping in such cases.
